1. What ages do you teach?

We specialize in teaching younger kids how to swim, typically starting as young as 3 years old and going up to 13 years old.

2. What are your lesson times and days?

Lessons run throughout the summer, Monday through Thursday. We offer multiples lessons per day, and specific time slots are available upon registration.

3. How long is each lesson?

Each lesson lasts 30 minutes to ensure kids have enough time to learn while staying engaged.

4. Where are the lessons held?

Lessons take place in my private backyard pool, providing a safe and controlled environment for learning. You can check out the facilities here.

5. How many kids are in each lesson?

We keep class sizes small (2-3) to ensure personalized attention.

6. How do I sign up for lessons?

7. How much do lessons cost?

8. Do you offer discounts for siblings?

Yes! We offer 10% off for families enrolling multiple children. Contact us for more details.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept e-transfer. A 25% deposit is required before lessons begin to secure your spot.

10. What is your refund/cancellation policy?

We are confident that your child will benefit from our swim lessons, but we also understand that every child learns differently. That’s why we offer our Satisfaction Guarantee:

If you’re not completely satisfied after your child’s first two lessons, we’ll give you a full refund—no questions asked.

We believe in creating a positive, engaging learning environment, and we stand by the quality of our instruction. If you feel our program isn’t the right fit, just let us know within 48 hours after the second lesson, and we’ll process your refund promptly.

Lesson Details & Safety

11. My child is afraid of the water. Can they still join?

Absolutely! Our lessons are designed to help kids feel comfortable and confident in the water. We take a patient, encouraging approach to ease any fears.

12. What should my child bring to each lesson?

Please bring a swimsuit, towel, goggles (if needed), and a swim cap for kids with long hair. We recommend applying sunscreen before arriving.

13. What safety measures are in place?

Safety is our top priority. All lessons are conducted in a secure, supervised environment with a certified swim instructor.

14. What if my child misses a lesson?

We offer limited makeup lessons for missed sessions due to illness or emergencies. Contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.

15. What swim skills will my child learn?

We focus on essential swimming skills, including water safety, floating, kicking, arm strokes, and breathing techniques. Each lesson is tailored to the child’s skill level.

16. It’s raining! Do I still attend my lesson?

Weather is unpredictable and we operate at outdoor pools so sometimes, there will be unsafe conditions to teach. In this case, you will be contacted by phone or email and the lesson will be canceled and moved to Friday of that week.
